Concept Engineering provides friendly, patient computer assistance to people and organizations who use Microsoft Windows computers. We support PC's and their networks, providing service and repair for hardware and software, creating security and networking solutions, designing Internet access and presence.
If your current system's performance has degraded over the years, we can help you avoid purchasing a new computer by restoring your old one to its new condition and/or upgrading it; or we will help you select a great new system. Since we are not resellers we are not beholden to any brands or to anyone's inventory. Our goal is to serve our clients as directly and objectively as possible.
Concept Engineering can also help you develop an Internet presence by constructing a web site that promotes your interests, strengths, philosophy, and success. Regardless of the type of computer you have or its operating system we can get you established on the Internet or help you maintain or upgrade your existing web presence.
We are as committed to saving you money on computer support expenses (such as ourselves) as we are to saving you money on their operation; so we're eager to show you how to avoid asking for help for the same problem again. Training on various hardware or software topics is available.
Since 1994 Concept Engineering has specialized almost exclusively in affordable support for non-profits, disabled folks and SOHOs. We are well aware of the special needs of these groups and have extensive experience working with them in relationships varying from long-term support through very short-term problem-solving interventions. To the extent possible we endeavor to share the expertise necessary to obviate call-backs for recurring problems. Providing much-needed computer services to socially responsible organizations is a primary tenet of our mission.
If we suspect that we're not the appropriate provider for your needs, we won't hesitate to point you elsewhere. We are based in central Vermont and currently work on-site from Vt. Rts. 11 and 4 north to Canada
Although formal in our commitments to integrity and to our clients, we can be informal in our interactions. (We're small "g" geeks.) If you desire a flexible, thoughtful, honest and open encounter with computing technology providers, please feel encouraged to give us a call or drop us an email at:
